How to use bonus points?

Bonus points may be used only for any lottery you like ticket purchase and cannot be transferred to any payment systems. Bonus points are deposited in your bonus account.

I can’t pay with my credit card

What is the payment currency on ProLotto?

Payment is provided in $ US, but during the transfer from your prize account to any of your payment systems there is a conversion into the currency of your wallet/account. Big prizes are paid in currency, provided by the organizers of the lottery.

Where is my ticket kept?

All tickets purchased are kept at a lawyer agency, which officially cooperates with ProLotto service.

Can I get a lottery ticket per post?

We do not send lottery tickets by mail as ticket mailing per post is prohibited in many countries. Also, in case of winning, for example, $500 - $2000 you don’t need to go to the USA for getting your reward, as your tickets are kept in official lawyer agency in US. So you will be able to get your prize on your prize account.

Can I transfer funds from bonus account?

No, bonus points may be used only for ticket purchase on a website.

Do I need to match the winning number in the exact order they are picked during the draw?

No, the order of choosing numbers, for lotteries represented on a website, does not matter. Before customer confirm the order, system automatically sorts numbers from a bet in ascending numerical order. However, don’t forget, that numbers from different ranges (regular and additional) are taken into account separately.

How are prizes accrued?

Prizes are automatically transferred on your prize account. In case of winnings for 1st and 2nd prize categories, we’ll call you on the phone specified in your profile and agree on further actions.

I have all needed numbers matched. Why I haven’t got my prize?

To get prize you need to guess minimum quantity of numbers, placed in one playing field (in one bet). All information about prize categories are on a page of lottery rules. If you have any questions, please, address to our customer support service.

Is it necessary to deposit, for playing on ProLotto?

No, you can participate by paying out for the ticket, without master account top up.

What is accumulating discount?

This is a rewarding program for loyal customers, where the size of the discount depends on frequency of your participation in lotteries.
Different discounts work for every lottery. You may have different discounts in different lotteries.

  • With every purchase of your favorite lottery ticket, your discount increases for 1%. Discount is also summarized with special discounts, but can’t be over 15%.
  • System counts discount automatically every day.
  • Maximum current discount is 15%.

Discounts for every lottery continue cumulating right up to the moment till you regularly participate this lottery. However, if you miss at least one draw, discount for this lottery resets and accumulation starst again only after ticket purchase and accumulates with the same formula +1%.
Example:
You take part in a lottery Mega Millions in draw 990. Your discount for the next draw Mega Millions will be 1%. Then, if you take part in next draws 991 and 992, you will receive 1% additionally for each draw and discount for the next draw is 3%. If you miss next draw 993, your discount is reset because you’ve missed the draw.

Example with a special:
After jackpots rise over 100 million, ProLotto presents loyal customers 10% discount. If you have discount of 4%, then it is summarized and you will have 14%.

Why do I have to provide my phone number?

You have to specify your phone number for we can contact you directly when you become owner of a big prize.

Can I be confident about the safety of my personal data?

Using only a robust and secure server systems, we guarantee high standards of reliability and data security.

Confirmation code is not received to my email

If you don’t have email from ProLotto in your inbox, to finish confirmation, please, go to a “Spam” folder, find a letter and amrk it as “Not Spam”. Letter will be relocated to Inbox. Then you will be able to open email and finish confirmation, by pressing on a link.

How can I get the Original Ticket?

We provide original ticket to a customer only in case of a big winning (1st and 2nd, sometimes also the 3d, prize categories). Ticket transfer is carried out only in country, where it was purchased, only personally, in one of our lawyer agencies.

How long does it take to collect my prize?

1. At the expence of lottery agents deposit, prizes less than $5 000 are transferred to your prize account during 2-3 hours after the official announcement of the results.

2. Taxable prizes, are transferred to your prize account after the confirmation of taxes payout by lottery agents, as a rule, it takes up to 3 working days. Detailed information about taxes you may find on a page of each lottery in “Rules” section.

How many numbers do I have to match to win minimum prize?

Every lottery besides the Jackpot has several secondary prize categories. To win minimum prize you have to match from 2 to 3 numbers, depending on a lottery. The more numbers you matched, the higher is secondary prize.

I haven’t get my prize on my wallet

Prizes are transferred to your prize account during three hours after official announcement of the results. Withdrawal from your prize account may take up to three banking days, according to your payment system. Winnings from prize account to your master account are transferred instantly. If it has been more time since confirmation of money transfer request, please, address to customer support service.

Promo coupon is a secret combination of digits and letters, which you have to specify in a relevant field during the order on a website.

I get a notification, that my email or phone are already registered on a website, what should I do?

If you see such notification, it means that user account with email or phone you’ve specified is already engaged. If you don’t have access t account, please, address customer support service.

I got incomplete winning amount

During winning receive to your account/wallet, you should take into account that sum will be decreased for commission of your payment system. You may find detailed information about commissions on “Prizes” page in Questions and Answers section. Also remember, that all prizes over certain amount are the subject of federal taxes of country-organizer of the lottery. You may find taxes for each lottery on its page. All prizes are transferred levying taxes.

Is the transfer of my personal data to third parties possible?

ProLotto does not transfer confidential data under any circumstances, except the law enforcement requests.

Scan copy of my ticket does not match my order, what shall I do?

In such case, you have to apply for our customer support service, on your User Page, with detailed description of your claim, specifying “Common questions” category. Probably, you were sent other scan by accident.

What data do I have to provide for prize receiving?

1. To get a prize less than $600 you don’t have to provide any additional data. Information you specified in your profile during the registration and confirmed phone number and email are enough.

2. For pay outs of prizes from $600 to $5 000 you will have to provide scan of your passport and write to a customer service, specifying the amount for withdrawal and the payment system you choose.

3. Withdrawal request is considered up to 3 working days. Sometimes it may be postponed for several days due to weekend, holidays or workload of a website.

Where can I find chosen combinations?

You may find paid bets/combinations in your User Page in “Tickets” section. Just click on a ticket. Also, bets paid and unpaid are displayed in “Orders and Finance” section. Choose needed order and click on it.

Can anyone other than me get my winnings?

Winnings may be paid out only to the owner of account on our website, to the bank account (payment system account) specified in your Profile. To change the payout account you have to go through additional confirmation and authentication. If it is necessary you may sign proxy for somebody to get your prize.

I can’t withdraw prize from my account!

Please, check if one of cases matches yours:

  • You are trying to withdraw less, than minimum withdrawal sum possible.
  • You are trying to withdraw funds from bonus account
  • You are trying to withdraw fund, which was deposited to your master account. Unspened deposit is returned in private capacity after request to a customer support service.

Through “Prizes” section you can withdraw only prize funds which are on your prize account.

I’ve ordered tickets and you did not purchase them. Is such case possible?

Unfortunately, such case cannot be absolutely excluded, due to circumstances. In case, if there is no opportunity to perform ticket purchase for the forthcoming draw, you will get notification about it beforehand, before the draw. All funds for not implemented orders will be refunded to your accounts automatically and you will be able to place an order for the next draw or any other lottery.

What if I forget my password?

You need to press “Log in” on upper panel of the site. Then press “Forgot password?” and specify email, chained to your account, then press “Restore password”. You’ll receive email with further instructions. In case if you have any difficulties, please, address customer support service.

What is a Quick Pick option?

The Quick Pick option allows you automatically fill in your ticket with random numbers.

Why scan copies of the tickets are available not for every lottery?

Scan copies of the tickets are available only for those lotteries, which tickets were purchased in a special ticket sale points of the official representative of the lottery. Ticket copies, which were purchased on official websites, are not granted, as lottery ticket providing is not appropriate on these lotteries. In such cases, at your request, you will get a screenshot of the User Page, showing that current combination is paid and will take part in a forthcoming draw.

Can I be sure, that I get full prize?

Yes, you get your full monetary prize. We do not levy any additional commissions. Please, do not forget that payment system, you are going to receive your prizes with, can levy commission for money transfer. Also, there is a mandatory taxes. Prizes are paid to winners, levying taxes.

Can I continue playing without my prize withdrawal?

Yes, you just need to go to “Winnings and payouts” section, transfer prize to your master account and continue participation in favorite lotteries.

When can I see scan copy of the ticket?

You can see scan copy of the ticket only if you’ve marked and paid “View my ticket” option. Copy appears on your User Page depending on the time of the day. Please, don’t forget about time zones differences between your country and lottery agent’s country.
In case, when ticket purchase is not available due to technical error or circumstances, your ticket will be revoked and its price will be refunded to your master account on a website.

How does ProLotto service work?

Password change

To change password to log in, please, go to “Settings” section on a User Page. In central part of a page you will find a password change form. After specifying changes, click “Change my password”.

When do ticket sales close?

Lottery ticket sales close several hours before official draw start, as a rule, 3-4 hours. This is necessary for a lottery agent not to have any difficulties with timely ticket purchase. There is a timer on a page of each lottery, showing how much time left till ticket sale end for the following draw. During this time you have opportunity to purchase lottery ticket. All tickets, purchased after the end of ticket sale, automatically participate in the next draw.

I forgot my Login and/or password. What shall I do?

Your data can be restored with this link. If you haven’t got automatic email, probably it got into spam folder. Mark it as “Not Spam” and it will be replaced to Inbox, where you can open it and finish login and password restore. You can also address to the customer support service.

May I collect funds from a Master account?

No, you can’t. Master account serves only for ticket purchase payment. Withdrawal is possible only from a prize account.

Cancellation of the order is carried out on a User Page in “Orders and Finance” section. Find needed order and click “Cancel”. If there is no “Cancel” button, it means that time when the cancellation is possible has expired.

How soon will I get a reply on my email?

We are doing our best to answer all your questions as fast as possible. You will get a reply to your claim/request within 24 hours to the email, you’ve specified in your profile and you may also find it on user page in “Customer support service” section.

Where can I find My Transaction list?

Find list of your payment operations on your User Page in “Orders and Finance” section. The section consists of:

Why transaction was declined?

Possible reason of error:

  • You don’t have enough funds on your account/credit card/wallet

On User Page in Settings section – Accounts and Wallets you may specify accounts, you want to withdraw prize funds to. Pay attention! After account adding you will be able to change account for payment only by addressing to a customer support service.
This is necessary for a security increasing even if somebody gets your login and password he could not withdraw your prize funds to any account but the one you’ve specified in your profile.

In what case bet would not take part in a draw?

Your bet/combination, won’t participate the draw in case of untimely payment — if payment is received after the end of ticket sale for the forthcoming draw.

Is there any prize commission levied?

No, ProLotto does not have any commissions, independent of the size of a prize. Only bank commissions, which are levied for money transfer to your payment system may be the exception.

Do I have to pay taxes for my prize?

In every country there is a government system of taxing, and we are to pay taxes for any prizes, according to the tax laws of a country which holds the lottery. If your prize is taxable, funds will be transferred to your prize account levying taxes. Some lotteries may automatically levy local/federal taxes before prize funds are transferred to your account.

Why my withdrawal request was declined?

Possibly the reason is you’ve made a mistake, specifying your card details or that withdrawal sum requested doesn’t match minimum sum, specified in Results and Winnings section — What is the minimum sum for withdrawal

What if I win the Jackpot?

Jackpot and winnings of 2nd prize category are paid out by organizers only personally. In case of winning, managers of the lottery will contact you with the phone specified in your profile for discussing of the further actions.
All questions, connected to receiving of big prizes will be agreed according to your opportunities and wishes. In any case the way of the most comfortable prize receiving will be found.
Company will also help to organize for you a trip to a country of the lottery: visa opening, air ticket purchase, organization of residence in country of the lottery. All costs are paid by you and only after prize receiving.
The winning ticket will be referred to you personally in presence of lawyers and you will be accompanied to a representative lottery office for getting your prize.

Can I get the Jackpot anonymously?

Unfortunately, according to the laws of some countries, lottery organizers demand open receiving of the Jackpot, but ProLotto service would not publish name and photos of the winners without their permission.

Are prizes payment delays possible and what are the reasons?

Prizes payments are submitted timely, without delays:

  • to the prize account is instant
  • on payment systems, up to 3 banking days.

Sometimes funds transfer may be postponed to several days in case of holidays or heavy workload of the service.

Do I have a right to participate in other countries' lotteries?

Yes, ProLotto gives you an opportunity officially participate in any lottery of the world, independently on your location or citizenship. You choose combination for your lottery ticket on our website in your country, then lottery agents purchase tickets for you in country which holds the lottery.

All tickets are kept at lawyer agency, which officially cooperates with ProLotto. In case of winning, all fund will be transferred to your prize account without levying any commissions, excluding big prizes, which are the subject of taxes.

How long does it take until withdrawing funds reach my bank account/wallet?

  • Withdrawing to master account is instant.
  • Withdrawing to payment systems — up to 3 banking days.

How is ProLotto service connected with official lotteries?

ProLotto is an independent international company and is not an organizer or official representative of any lottery. Website provides services for online lottery tickets purchase and acts as guarantor between lottery agents and customers.

Why the ProLotto ticket cost is higher than official saller's?

The price of the ticket on a website is indicated including fee for our services and salary of lottery agents, and depends on lottery, country which holds the lottery and way of ticket purchase.

How do I know if I won?

Our system automatically checks all tickets after the draw and official announcement of the results. If your ticket is winning, you will get a notification through the system of inner messages on our website and you will be able to get notifications about winnings to your email by subscribing.
In case of winning funds will be transferred to your prize account at once. In case of big winnings, we will contact you on the phone, you’ve specified and confirmed in your profile.

How to check if my ticket won?

Personal ticket check is pleasant and reliable. If you check your combination personally, you will be 100% sure in a correct size of your prize.

There are several ways to you can check your ticket on our website:
1. On User Page, in “Winnings and payouts”section.
2. In “Tickets” section. If your ticket is winning, you will find sum of your prize in a yellow panel right above the ticket.
3. In “Ticket Check” section. Choose the number of the draw and fill in needed fields and in a moment you will see the sum of your prize and winning combination of the draw.
4. In “Results” section. Choose the lottery and find needed draw and, if you authorized, you’ll see the results of the draw and sum of winning.

I have account on ProLotto and I’ve tried to authorize through social network and all my data disappeared!

If you already have account on our website, and you want to get access to it through social network, please, make sure you’ve specified one and the same email. In case, if during registration on ProLotto you’ve specified another email when you’ll try to authorize through social network new account will be created. Please, pay attention, that in this case you won’t be able to use bonus points, discounts, funds on your accounts and get the same notifications on your new account. Is there any age limits for playing?

Only if player has reached the age of 18 years at the moment of ticket purchase, he can participate. ProLotto has a right to demand provision of the age confirmation during prize payouts.

Prizes withdrawal

1. Withdrawing of prizes less than $300 only payment system fee is levied.
2. Withdrawing of prizes from $300 to $1 000 banking transfer fee (size of fee depends on country of the lottery) and payment system commission are levied.
3. Withdrawing of prizes from $1 000 to $10 000 we use TransferWise, Western Union, MoneyGram services, wh ere money transfer fee is also levied, its fee depends on country of the lottery and country of the winner.
4. Prizes more than $ 10 000, as a rule, are transferred through Western Union, MoneyGram systems or through several SWIFT transfers on your credit card or via single wire transfer. Several swift payments allow to avoid taxes in some cases.
5. Currency conversion is provided at an exchange rate of the payment system at the moment of prize payment.
6. In case of big winnings payment method may vary.
7. If none of offered methods suits you, you can use any exchanger and change money to any relevant currency and change to any suitable payment system. Exchanger fee is paid by you.

What is the Prize category?

Prize category is a sum of your prize if you matched 2 or 3 numbers and more. Size of the prize category may vary and depends on prize fund of the lottery and quantity of winners.

When the results of the draw appear on a website?

Results are published on a website right after their announcement on official website of the lottery. To find the results of the lottery, please, visit your favorite lottery page to “Results” section.

Do you have license?

Our activity is not a subject of licensing and does not require any authorization documents. We provide only informational and mediation services between customers and lottery agents.

Where is your office located?

ProLotto project was created by friends, lottery players from different countries. That’s why in every country, which holds the lottery offered, we have lottery agents or member of our company. Main office is located in GLD S.A. Av. 8, Calle 10-12, San Jose, Costa Rica and serves mostly for correspondence. On security case we provide location of customer service centers only for getting prizes of 1st and 2nd categories.
